FAQs
I'm a parent, and I'm not bilingual - will this be an issue?
NOT AT ALL! Most of our parents aren’t bilingual – but many pick up many words and phrases from their children! So if you’ve ever wanted to learn Spanish, you get a little fringe benefit of having your child attend Citrus Park Day School!
If my child goes to an English school later, will they be behind?
Actually it’s the opposite – studies show that learning 2 languages at a young age creates new neural pathways in the brain which has all sorts of benefits, including a greater ability to focus and task switching – both critical life skills that are a huge advantage in school and future work!
Should I start with my baby or wait until they are a toddler or preschooler?
The younger you start with a second (or third!) language, the easier it will be for your child, and the greater the benefits.

Citrus Park Day School is the best choice for my kids, without a doubt. My daughter happily passed her VPK at this school, and now my youngest child also attends here, and I can see how much he learns every day.

I’m delighted with the care and the teachers at this place. They are very professional, and the best part is that they love our children a lot. They teach them and have a lot of patience for them. And the food is first class!

All the people who work at Citrus Park are very caring and make you feel like family. The environment is impeccably clean, with lots of dedication to the children, especially in the Baby room. My baby is 6 months old; he is happy and has advanced in his motor skills.
